We welcome enquiries for Early Childhood and Preparatory School places for the 2026/27 academic year, subject to availability in the relevant year group.

Age and placement
Placement is based on a child's age, previous school experience and the class being applied for. The admissions team will confirm the applicable minimum age and any assessment arrangements before an application is completed.
Assessment and visit
Where an assessment or classroom visit is required, we will explain the format and help your family prepare. Our aim is to understand each child and make sure Hopencross is the right setting for them.

Admission Checklist
Early Childhood
General Requirements:
Parents are required to obtain, complete, and submit the school admission form alongside two passport photographs, a photocopy of their blood test results showing their genotype and blood group, and a photocopy of their birth certificate.
Parents are encouraged to provide items necessary for their child's comfort and care, including diapers, wipes, a change of clothing, feeding bottles, baby food (where applicable), and any personal items required by the child. A detailed list will be provided upon admission.
